Mailed or online payment does not constitute permit approval and you must contact The Ohio County Health Department for food and septic permit application.
FOOD AND SEPTIC PERMIT FEES:
All mobile and retail food permits are per calendar year (January 1 – December 31) unless otherwise noted.

| Mobile Food Establishment – permit late fee | $25.00 | Must give 14 day notice when applying for permit prior to any event |

| Septic Permit – new construction | $250.00 | All septic permits are limited to 1 year |
| Septic Repair / Replacement Permit | $150.00 | All septic permits are limited to 1 year |
| Septic Holding Tank Permit | $200.00 | All septic permits are limited to 1 year |
| *ALL Mobile Food Establishment vendors (even those who have paid permits) must give 14-day notice of set-up prior to any event.
*NEW Mobile Food Establishment vendors must give 14-day notice when applying for a permit prior to any event. ** If less than 14 days’ notice given, there is an additional $25.00 fee assessed for rush permits. *Not submitting the required paperwork, payments and/or giving less than 14 days notice prior to each event may result in denial or revocation of food permit. |
